Wilson Wee is the Head of Operations at The Oak Planters Educational Studio, where he supports the therapists in delivering structured, caring, and consistent learning support for children with specific learning needs.
With 15 years of experience in education in Singapore, he has worked in both mainstream schools and enrichment centres, including Swiss Cottage Secondary School and SmartLab Education Centre. His background allows him to understand the importance of clear communication, reliable processes, and steady progress for families.
In his earlier roles, he led teaching teams, coordinated national examinations, and managed centre operations. These experiences shape how he builds strong systems behind the scenes, enabling therapists to focus fully on each child’s learning and development.
At The Oak Planters, Wilson believes that every child can grow with the right guidance and environment. His role is to help create a supportive, well-organised setting where children can thrive and parents can feel confident in the care their children receive.
