Wilson Wee was an educator for 10 years at Swiss Cottage Secondary School (SCSS) and 5 years at SmartLab Education Centre (SmartLab). As a former teacher at SCSS, he was also the subject coordinator for Computer Applications (CPA), where he oversaw a team of CPA teachers to enhance curriculum quality for students.
He was involved in facilitating teacher collaboration by organising regular CPA meetings to share best practices and improve student learning outcomes. He also coordinated the GCE ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level electronic examinations for English and Chinese, as well as for CPA.
Prior to teaching at SCSS, he was a teacher and branch manager at SmartLab, where he led a team of teachers to streamline content and delivery methods to improve learning experiences for students. At the centre, he also collaborated with curriculum developers to enhance instructional materials.
