Senior Educational Therapist for Chinese Languge
With over 15 years of experience in education, Lilian has worked with learners aged 7 to 12 years old with diverse learning needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. Trained in the Orton-Gillingham approach, she is effectively bilingual in both the English and the Chinese Languages. Lilian also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Specific Learning Differences from London Metropolitan University and a Diploma in Professional Chinese Teaching from the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business. She is also a fellow of the Register of Educational Therapists (Asia) (RETA).
Lilian believes in taking a thoughtful and individualized approach to understand each student’s unique strengths and needs. She is deeply committed to unlocking the potential of every learner and strongly believes in the importance of developing rapport and establishing a positive classroom culture. Most of all, her lessons focus on keeping learners on track while making Chinese lessons meaningful, accessible, and enjoyable for all students. ​
